Mr. Pasbola, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since the earlier Bail Application No.2857/2025 was permitted to be withdrawn by a co-ordinate bench of this Court by its order dated 29th July, 2025, with liberty to file afresh an Application before the Sessions Court, the present Application challenging the order of rejection of bail passed by the Sessions Court must also be listed before the same bench.
