When Serial No. 57 was called out, Ms. Nishi Singhvi, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Bail Application No. 3555 of 2025, made a request for de-tagging of the said Bail Application

from Bail Application No. 479 of 2025. At her request and by consent of Ms. A. S. Gotad, learned APP for the State, both Bail Applications, No. 3555 of 2025 and No. 479 of 2025, are detagged from each other. ORDER IN BAIL APPLICATION NO. 3555 OF 2025 3.

By the present Application, filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), the Applicant (Accused No. 1) seeks Bail in Crime No. 700 of 2023 registered at the Indapur Police Station, Pune, for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 392, 394 and r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'IPC').

Ms. Nishi Singhvi, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, without arguing the merits of the matter, seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application. The request made by Ms. Nishi Singhvi is not objected to by Ms. A. S. Gotad, learned APP for the State. 5.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Nishi Singhvi, leave is granted to withdraw this Bail Application.

Criminal Bail Application No. 3555 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
