Mr. Dabke, learned APP placed on record report dated 17th September, 2025, wherein it is noted that the Applicant has past antecedents, namely C.R. No.29/2007 registered against him with the Ulhasnagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Pintu Singh, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks permission to 17th September 2025

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 7-BA-3566-2025.doc withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after 8 months, if the trial does not progress substantially.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed.

The trial Court is however, directed to frame charges in the said criminal case within a period of 3 months from today.
