Ms.Patil, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions of the mother of the Applicant submits that she is inviting an order from this Court on the present bail application, on merits.

Ms.Bhosale, learned APP brought to my notice order dated 25th July, 2025 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, wherein the Court has recorded the Applicant's request to withdraw his bail application, with liberty to file a 17th September 2025

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 8-BA-3567-2025.DOC fresh bail application after 6 months. The Court also recorded that the Applicant had fully understood the consequences of the said withdrawal. On the said request made by learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions this Court permitted withdrawal of that application with liberty as prayed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, Registry to place the matter before the co-ordinate bench which passed order dated 25th July, 2025.
