Record indicates that on 17th October, 2025, the predecessor of this Court after hearing both sides, has shown disinclination to grant the relief. On that day, time was sought for withdrawal of the present application after taking instructions. 2.

In view of the same, it is not permissible for this Court to pass any order on merit but to reject the application. At this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is charged for the offence punishable under Section 1/2
