After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Amrish Salunke, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a 4th February 2026

Shivgan 30-BA-3601-2025.doc period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial within the said period.

Permission to withdraw the present Bail Application is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the Applicant is in custody since 30th November 2023, the Trial Court is requested to frame charges within a period of two months from the date on which this order is placed before it.
