After hearing the learned counsel for both sides, and when this Court showed its disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant, at this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the trial. 2.
Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that going to the number of witnesses to be examined before the Trial Court, at-least a period of one year will be necessary. 10th March, 2026.

Considering the nature of the offence and the number of witnesses cited, the request of the prosecution is reasonable and hence, accepted.
