In view of the said statement, Mr. Akshay Bankapur, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to make a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court. Mr. Bankapur 19th September 2025

2-BA-3616-2025.DOC submits that there is a medical issue with the Applicant and he be permitted to seek bail also on medical ground. Permission is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed.
