Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP appearing for the State, has drawn my attention to the order dated 4th February 2025, whereby this Court had granted permission to the Applicant to withdraw the earlier Bail Application, as the Applicant was unable to persuade the Court to grant relief. 2nd February 2026

Mr. Ravi Dwivedi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that circumstances have changed since then, inasmuch as the principal accused, namely Accused Nos. 1, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9, have been granted bail by this Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court. 4.

Permission to withdraw the present Bail Application is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

Needless to state, that I have not heard the matter on merits, and the learned Trial Judge shall decide any such application independently on its own merits.
