Leave to amend to implead the minor victim as Respondent No.2 is granted. Amendment to be carried out fourth with. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable within two weeks. 2.

The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of service. The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on 8th October 2025

For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.

If the Respondent No.2 indicates that she requires legal assistance, Mr. Sumedh Modak, learned Advocate, is appointed to represent Respondent No.2 in the present matter. A copy of the bail application along with annexures also be supplied to Mr. Modak.
