2026.01.22 19:27:34 +0530 inclined to grant bail, learned advocate for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application. He, however, seeks temporary bail so as to enable the applicant to attend Test-1 scheduled from 27/01/2026 to 29/01/2026. 2.

Learned APP points out that the Trial Court by order dated 05/11/2025 granted permission to the applicant to appear for the examination scheduled on 14/11/2025, 18/11/2025 and 21/11/2025 in police escort after payment of charges of police party. Iresh

Learned advocate for the applicant sought instructions from the applicant's father who is present in the Court. However, he is unable to give instructions in that regard.

The applicant is permitted to appear for the examination scheduled during the period from 27/11/2026 to 29/11/2026 in police escort after payment of necessary charges. 6.

Fees of the learned advocate appointed to represent respondent no. 2 be quantified as per the schedule and the same shall be paid as expeditiously as possible.
