Considering the facts in the present matter, I am inclined to appoint Mr.Gaurav Bhawnani (Contact: 9742965091) to act as amicus and assist the Court in dealing with the issue in the present matter.

Mr.Bhawnani be also given a copy of the Application alongwith its annexures.

Ms.Dable, learned counsel for the Applicant has a grievance that the Applicant is not being given medical assistance in the Thane Central Prison.
