After hearing learned counsel for both sides, when this Court showed its disinclination to grant relief to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Application. She however, submits that the Applicant is behind bars for a period of more than a year.

The learned APP submits that charge has been framed and there are approximately 10-12 witnesses to be examined, which will take at-least six months for completion of the trial. 3.
