At the outset, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 / informant on instructions from the informant, who is present before the Court records no objection for grant of bail in respect of the said fact since the offence is under POCSO Act. This Court heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the Applicant. On going through the record, prima-facie, this Court was satisfied that it is not the fit case for grant of bail, it was so indicated to 1/2

38-ba3720-25.doc the learned counsel for the Applicant. Learned counsel for the Applicant therefore, seeks withdrawal of the application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from today. 2.

Learned APP on instructions makes statement that 15 witnesses are to be examined before the Trial Court and it could not be possible to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court to make endeavor to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of nine months from today. In case the trial does not get over within this time, it is open for the Applicant to revive his request for bail. (R.M. JOSHI, J.) 2/2
