Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant will deposit Rs.10,00,000/- before the Trial Court. Out of Rs.10,00,000/-, he will deposit Rs.6,00,000/- within eight days and remaining Rs.4,00,000/- after few days.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 be permitted to withdraw the said amount. 4.

Respondent No.2 can file application before the Trial Court for withdrawal of the said amount. The Trial Court may decide the said application on its own merit.
