Learned counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, submits that the Applicant is arrested in June, 2020 and, till date, even the charge has not been framed against him. He, therefore, seeks bail on the ground of long incarceration. On merits, it is his submission that there is no evidence in the form of medical papers or postmortem notes indicating the cause of death of the deceased. This, according to him, becomes relevant in view of the fact that the alleged incident has occurred on 19th June 2020 and the deceased died in the hospital while undergoing treatment on 24th June 2020. 2.

The learned APP seeks time to respond.
