The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant's health condition is not good and urgent surgery is needed but no proper medical treatment is being given to the Applicant, it is very serious that when the Applicant is not keeping well the Jail Authorities shall give

31-BA-3750-2025.doc N.S.Kamble him proper medical treatment. The concerned Superintendent of jail shall immediately provide medical help to the Applicant and admit him in J.J. Hospital, if required, and perform surgery on him as per advice of doctor. 4.
