Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that, the applicant is ready to file his undertaking and his wife's undertaking stating that, they have no objection for sale of the property seized by the investigating officer in present and other crime's registered against the applicant and requested to give direction to jail authority to permit the applicant to sign on the undertaking.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, stand over to 16th March, 2026.

The Superintendent of Thane jail shall permit the applicant to sign on the undertaking.
