Leave to amend to implead the Complainant/First Informant as Respondent No.2 is granted. Leave to annex a copy of the supplementary chare-sheet is also allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added Respondent No.2, returnable within 2 weeks. 2.

The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate 1st October 2025

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on Respondent No.2 and to convey her of the next date of hearing before this Court. For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.

If Respondent No.2 indicates that she requires Legal Aid Services, Mr. Mainak Adhikary (Mob. No. 7666422855), learned Advocate from the panel of Legal Aid Services, is appointed to represent Respondent No.2. A copy of the bail application along with annexures also be provided to Mr. Adhikary.
