Mr. Aakash Desai, learned Counsel for the Applicant, undertakes to serve a copy of the bail application along with annexures to Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP representing the State, in the present matter.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable within one week.

The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate 1st October 2025

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on Respondent No.2 and to convey her of the next date of hearing before this Court. For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.

If Respondent No.2 indicates that she requires the Legal Aid Services, Ms. Komal Sinha (Mob. No. 9833399358), learned Advocate from the panel of the Legal Aid Services, is appointed to represent Respondent No.2. A copy of the bail application along with annexures also be provided to Ms. Sinha.
