On 26th September 2025, praecipe circulated by learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, was disposed with 'no orders'.

Mr. Tanay Mandot, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, has brought to my notice, a communication of the Medical Superintendent of the Regional Mental Hospital, Thane addressed to the Medical Superintendent of Sir JJ

Shivgan 23-BA-3786-2025.doc Group of Hospitals ('JJ Hospital'), informing JJ Hospital that the Applicant is unable to stand on his feet and not able to understand any commands given; he appears to be in delirium and requires higher investigation like CT scan/MRI, which are not available in Regional Mental Hospital, Thane; the Applicant may require ICU management.

In these circumstances, Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, is requested to call for a report from JJ Hospital regarding the health status of the Applicant as on date. A copy of the said report be also given to the Applicant.

I have also heard Bail Application on merits. It appears that one page of the FIR was missing when the said FIR was uploaded on the website of the Police Station. Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP, has placed on record that missing page. The said page is also available in the case diary.

In these circumstances, the Investigating Officer concerned, to file an affidavit relating to the missing page in the FIR as was uploaded on the website of the Police Station, within one week from today.

Stand over to 28th November 2025 on the Supplementary Board only to hear on the request for medical bail.
