At the outset, Mr. Amit Munde, appearing for the CBI, have tendered an affidavit in reply to the Application in Court today. He has served a copy of the same on the Applicant. The affidavit in reply is taken on record.

Mr. Munde, learned Advocate, submits that in July 2025, the investigation in the present matter was transferred to the CBI by the State Government and hence, he is appearing for the CBI. He seeks two days' time to furnish the following: 10th December 2025

1-BA-3792-2025.DOC (i) Eyewitnesses' statements.

(ii) The injury certificate of the police officer alleged to have been injured by the present Applicant.

(iii) Postmortem reports of the three deceased persons. 3.

Mr. Munde to file the aforesaid documents on or before 15th December 2025 with an advance copy to Mr. Sachin Pawar, learned Counsel for the Applicant.

I have heard Mr. Pawar as well as Mr. Munde, appearing for the respective parties at length.
