After some arguments, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr.Pawar, learned counsel for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after six months, if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is granted with liberty as prayed.

Ms.Tidke, learned APP, on instructions, submits that 11 witnesses have already been examined and the prosecution intended to examine only 17 witnesses. 3.

Considering the aforesaid, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of six months from the date on which this order is presented before it.

Needless to state that if the trial is not concluded within stipulated time, the Applicant is at liberty to revive his prayers for bail.
