The prosecution will examine maximum 12 witnesses which will be completed within one year from today. 2) In view thereof, Mr. Sejpal, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Bail Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after one year, if the trial is not concluded within the said period.
