DATED : 16th JUNE, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Sonavane, learned A.P.P., on instructions, from Mr.Gaikwad, PSI, Shivaji Nagar police station, Thane City states that the case before the trial Court is part-heard. The prosecution will examine the remaining 5 to 6 witnesses within four months from today and conclude the trial. 2) In view of thereof, Ms.Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the prosecution fails to conclude the trial within four months, as aforesaid.

3) Leave to withdraw is granted.
