After some arguments, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is granted.
