Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply amended copy of the Application to the Registry to facilitate issuance of notice to the Respondent No.2. 4.

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve Respondent No.2 with a copy of the present Bail Application alongwith its annexures and convey the next date of hearing in the matter to Respondent No.2. For that purpose, learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply amended copy of the Bail Application alongwith its annexures to the Investigating Officer as well.

In case Respondent No.2 requires legal aid, Ms. Ashwinii Achari, learned Advocate (Contact No.7045690242), is appointed to represent Respondent No.2.
