After some arguments, when I was not inclined to allow the Bail Application, Mr.Tiwari, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is granted with liberty as prayed. 2.

Mr. Tiwari, has brought to my notice the Applicant is arrested on 2nd November, 2023, but till date no charge has been framed.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to frame charges within a period of 3 months from the date of this order.
