2 / 2 25-BA-3881-25.odt Applicant is unable to make out any change in circumstances to justify grant of bail, after dismissal of the SLP by the Supreme Court. He only submits that the Applicant has a good case on merits.
3.
In view of the fact that the bail application of the Applicant is rejected on merits by this Court and the SLP challenging the rejection of bail, is also dismissed by the apex Court, as recently as on 1st April 2025, I am not inclined not allow the present application. However, since the Applicant is in custody from 16th March 2020, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial in the present case.
