Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for respondent No.1-State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the order dated 28th November 2024 of this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.), direction was given to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter within six months as per the provisions of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO"). Hhowever, the Trial has not yet been concluded.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, call report from the concerned Judge as to why there is no progress in the trial in spite of direction of this Court. 4.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) to communicate this order to the concerned Judge and call report from the concerned judge by next date. 5.
