Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, the Applicant is behind bars for more than 2 years and six months. This Court has earlier given liberty to the Applicant to file Application after nine months. There is no progress in the trial. Though, the Applicant is behind bar around 2 years and 6 months, but no charge is framed, he is single accused.
