By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.546 of 2023 registered with Respondent-Ghoti Police Station, Igatpuri, Nashik, punishable under Sections 302 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 r/w. 25 of Arms Act.

Ms. Pranali Kakade, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of S. S. Chavan

change of circumstances. Request made by Ms. Pranali Kakade, learned Advocate for the Applicant, not objected by Mr. Dinesh J. Haldankar, learned APP for the State. In view of same, leave to withdraw the Bail Application is granted with liberty as prayed for. In the event any fresh Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court, on the ground of change of circumstances, the learned Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
