After hearing the learned counsel for both sides, when this Court showed its disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant at this stage, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He, however, seeks a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. 2.
The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that five witnesses remained to be examined by the prosecution and it will take a period of at-least four months.

The Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Applicant to move a fresh Bail Application in case, the trial 26th March, 2026.
