The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of service. The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on 13th October 2025

For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.

If Respondent No.2 indicates that she requires the Legal Aid Services, Mr. Viral Mukte (Mob. No.7069766805), learned Advocate from the panel of the Legal Aid Services, is appointed to represent Respondent No.2. A copy of the bail application along with annexures also be provided to Mr. Mukte.
