Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The learned APP submit that entire incident captured in CCTV footage. The CCTV footage is sent for forensic report. Hence, forensic report is required in this matter.

The learned counsel for the Applicant strongly objected on the ground that the Applicant is behind bars more than two years. Yet no forensic report is received. The Applicant has not identified in

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, last chance is given to the Investigating Officer to produce the forensic report by the next date.

If by the next date prosecution failed to produce forensic report this court would pass appropriate order. 6.
