Mr.Agarkar, learned counsel for the Applicant, while arguing the matter on merits raised objection that the Applicant has been abused physically by the officers of the investigating agency. The Applicant has received injuries on leg.

Ms.Gotad, learned APP, is requested to call for a report of the injuries suffered by the Applicant. For that purpose, the Applicant be taken from the prison authorities to the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals to ascertain injuries.
