After hearing counsel for both sides and when this Court has shown dis-inclination to grant any relief to the applicant, at this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. 2.
Learned APP submits that in all there would be 17 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution. According to him, it will take six to nine months for conclusion of the trial. 1/2
