After the correction, paragraph No.1 of the said order will read as, "After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Mohammad Shine K, learned counsel for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the present bail application." and paragraph No.2 will read as, "Permission is granted." Rest of the order will remain as it is.

Accordingly, the order dated 05th December 2025 be corrected and uploaded on the website.
