During the course of the hearing, learned APP drew the attention of the Court to an order passed by the Trial Court rejecting application seeking bail filed by the Applicant. According to her there is a statement recorded of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. It is her submission that while deciding the present application it would be necessary to consider the said statement.

Learned APP to place the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS on record on or before the next date of hearing.
