This is the second bail application. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1984 of 2024 has passed the following order :- "This is a bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The matter was taken up for hearing. Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant made submissions in support of the prayer for grant of bail. However, after hearing the submissions and upon a prima facie consideration of the material on record, this Court was not inclined to grant the relief as prayed.

2. At this stage, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present application. The request was made with an understanding of the consequences of such withdrawal.
3. In view of the above, the present bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of as withdrawn."

This order clearly indicates that after hearing the submissions of both sides and after consideration of material on record, this Court has shown disinclination to grant relief. The withdrawal was also permitted to the Applicant with an understanding of the consequence of such withdrawal. It is thus clear that it is a case of the rejection of bail application on merit. 3.
It is not open for this Court to re-consider / review the said order and to pass any different order in the matter. Hence the Application stands dismissed.
