After hearing the both the sides more particularly after considering evidence on record, coupled with the fact that there are six antecedents against the Applicant, out of which four offences are for murder, this Court prima facie shown disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he will take instructions to make a statement as to in how many offences he has been granted acquittal. 3.
