The Applicant has sought his release on bail in connection with FIR No. 536 of 2025 dated 23rd August 2025 registered with Meghwadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The said application is filed prior to the filing of the charge-sheet.

Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the charge-sheet will be filed on Monday i.e. 20th October 2025 before the Trial Court.

In view of the said statement, Mr. Vrushabh Savla, learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court.

It is made clear that I have not heard the matter on merits. As such, all contentions of the parties including of Respondent No.2 are kept open.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

The present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
