None for the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Applicant has placed on record a screenshot of e-mail sent to the Respondent indicating service of the application on the Respondent.

Heard. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that out of 5 accused, 4 are enlarged on bail except the present Applicant. It is his contention that there is no recovery from the present Applicant. According to him, the Applicant is in jail for over a year.

None for the Respondent. Absence of the Respondent indicates that the Respondent is not interested in opposing the application. The matter is kept back. It is clarified that if none 16th April, 2026.
