After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief, Mr. Dilip Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial does not substantially progress within a period of six months from today. 2.

Mr. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the charge is framed and the first witness is already in the 4th November 2025

She further submits that although the list of witnesses indicates 47 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution, the prosecution intends to examine as many as 20 to 25 witnesses only. The Applicant is incarcerated since 17th March 2021, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of which this order is placed before the Trial Court concerned.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid terms.

The present Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
