Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that all witnesses, except for the Investigating Officer, have been examined before the Trial Court. He further submits that the trial would be concluded within a period of three months. 2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court does not find it appropriate to record any finding, even prima facie. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from today, without any further extension of time. 3.

Bail Application stands dismissed.
