The Respondent No. 2-Ms. Sonali G. Pandore is present in Court. She states that she has made an application before the Registry for permission to appear in-person. 2.

The said Application is yet pending. The record shows that Mr. Uday P. Warunjikar, learned Advocate is appointed by 11th December 2025

However, the Respondent No. 2 has a grievance that Mr. Warunjikar has not appeared in the matter and has only sent his junior on the previous date. She says that she wants to appear in the matter in-person.

In view of the urgency in the matter as stated by Mr. Jha, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, list the matter on 17th December, 2025 at 03.00 p.m. If by then, the Respondent No. 2 is permitted by the concerned committee to appear in-person, she will be so permitted.

The Court has also asked her as to whether the Court should appoint a counsel to represent her, however, she does not wish to avail the services of any legal aid of this Court. (DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J) 11th December 2025
