Ms. Ashwini Achari, learned Counsel is appointed to represent the Respondent No. 2. Mr. Chetan Gogawale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, to serve a copy of the Bail Application alongwith its annexures on Ms. Ashwini Achari to facilitate her to take instructions.

In order dated 11th December, 2025, a grievance of the Respondent No. 2 was recorded that Mr. Warunjikar has not appeared in the matter and had only sent his junior on the previous date and hence, she wanted to appear in the matter in person. However, Ms. Sonali Chavan, on behalf of Mr. Warunjikar has tendered an e-mail wherein, Mr. Warunjikar has already returned the papers to the Legal Aid Services Office. In his e-mail, he has recorded that in presence of nearly 15 different clients in his office on 6th November, 2025, during an on-going conference, the Respondent No. 2 created a ruckus in his office by shouting and insulting them and his juniors. It was in these circumstances, that he has returned the case. Ms. Chavan states that since Mr. Warunjikar is appearing before another Court, he has requested her to place the e-mail on record. The e-mail is taken on record. 3.

Mr. Pranav Badeka, learned Senior Counsel, has been appointed only yesterday i.e. on 16th December, 2025, to represent the party-in-person i.e. Respondent No. 2 and

espouse her cause before this Court. However, today when the matter was called out, the Respondent No. 2 has expressed her desire to discontinue Mr. Badeka's services. Hence, he has very graciously recused himself from the brief. Mr. Badeka is hence, discharged from appearing for the Respondent No. 2. He states that he shall send the papers back to the Legal Aid Services today itself.
