After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to allow the Bail Application, Mr.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with a liberty to file a fresh bail application after one year, in case the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is accordingly granted with the aforesaid liberty.

Mr.Dwivedi submits that the Applicant is suffering from certain ailments and, therefore, liberty may be granted 6th November 2025
