Learned APP points out that earlier bail application of the Applicant was withdrawn on 08/09/2025, but the said fact is not mentioned in the present application. It is not fair. 3.

In view of this, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Application after eight months.
