After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Manisha Jadhav, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application since the trial has commenced and the testimony of the victim is already recorded. Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, has informed that there are only 16 witnesses cited in the list of witnesses. The Trial Court is, therefore, requested to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the 6th November 2025

The present Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
